Meals from Rescuing Leftover Cuisine and Constellation Culinary Feed 70+

Alliance has been receiving delicious meals from local restaurants for the past several weeks, through Rescuing Leftover Cuisine, an awesome nonprofit. The meals from Thursday, June 9th’s lunch came from Constellation Culinary in Herald Square. The meals completely filled up our kitchen fridge and freezer, with over 50 pounds of black beans, sandwiches, house salads, pudding, tostones, sweets. They were enjoyed by over 70 Alliance participants today.

RLC also brought us several delicious pastries from Constellation Culinary and Starbucks, which our participants loved!
