Alliance’s Corrections Health Initiative (CHI) team joined fellow providers at the Albany statehouse August 1-2 to discuss the program’s successes and challenges. CHI matches HIV-positive individuals being released from incarceration with dedicated case managers like Ruben and Eugene, who guide them through all components of re-entry, and provide them skills and supplies to navigate challenges and improve their health.
